ShotMind

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of ShotMind (shotmind.studio), an AI pre-production service operated by T.A.F.İ. Studios, Istanbul, Türkiye ("ShotMind", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ShotMind reads the screenplays you upload and generates department-by-department analyses — script notes, director, location, art, costume, music and AI VFX — as written reports and as prompts for AI image and video tools. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShotMind. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You own your screenplays and everything ShotMind generates from them. By uploading content, you give us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership, we do not publish your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the material you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. AI-generated output

ShotMind's analyses and prompts are produced by AI. They are creative suggestions, not professional advice, and may contain errors or omissions. Review them before relying on them for production, budgeting, legal, safety or clearance decisions. Similar prompts may be generated for other users, so we cannot guarantee that output is unique. Images or videos you create with third-party tools using our prompts are subject to those tools' own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Credits, plans and payment

Analyses consume credits. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans, when available, are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, tax and invoicing; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value, unless your plan says otherwise.

7. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a refund, provided you have not used a significant share of that period's credits. Refunds are processed through Paddle. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Availability

We work to keep ShotMind running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on third-party providers, including AI model providers, and may occasionally be interrupted or changed.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotMind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or production decisions made on the basis of AI output. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using ShotMind and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 3, 4, 9 and 11 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as ShotMind evolves. For material changes, we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
